A. 11” latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium, and about 2-3 days when treated with Hi-Float. Foil balloons last approx. 5-7 days. Air-filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float.

 

 

A. Hi-Float is a liquid protective coating that is inserted into the balloon and spread around to prevent helium from escaping as quickly. It is water-soluble and non-toxic.

01 - indicates available packaged.

 

02 - indicates available flat.

 

05 - indicates 5 balloons packed in a poly bag.

 

09 - indicates a 9" balloon available flat.

 

15 - indicates a packaged solid colour balloon

 

99 - indicates poly bag or other ´special´ configuration

 

 

 

A. Yes, our minimum order value is £150, before VAT, carriage paid.

 

 

A. All new accounts are dealt with on a pro-forma basis. Payment is accepted via credit card, bank transfer or debit card only. Payment must be received before an order is released to our distribution centre for picking and packing.

 

 

 

A. Our standard lead time from receipt of order (payment if pro-forma) is 3-5 working days. This may increase due to seasonality of orders. Please check with your Amscan representative for confirmation at time of placing order. Orders are despatched from Amscan on a next day delivery service using our nominated courier. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
