Please have the following information on hand as you begin:

• Billing and Shipping details. (Addresses, email and phone numbers).
• Accounts Payable contact details
• Any special instructions for delivery

Please Note:

• New customers are required to complete 3 pro-forma orders before a credit account can be considered.
• If you would like to discuss opening a credit account, you can register an interest during the application process. We'll get in touch promptly to discuss your needs.
• For all mainland UK deliveries, minimum order value is £100 + VAT, carriage paid. For carriage rates outside mainland UK addresses, please contact customer service.

What happens after you apply?

• Your application will be processed by our New Customer team and if successful, you will receive a login and password to access your account. Should you be unsuccessful, you will receive further information regarding ways to purchase our products.
